Age Restrictions & Children's Data (Strict 21+ Mandate)
The Services offered on this platform are strictly not intended for, nor marketed to, individuals under twenty-one (21) years of age. We do not knowingly collect, share, or sell any personal information from individuals under the age of 21.
In compliance with the South Carolina Hemp Farming Act and federal high-risk merchant operating standards, we utilize third-party age-verification software to ensure compliance prior to finalizing any transactions. If we obtain actual knowledge that an individual under the age of 21 has submitted personal data, we will purge that information from our retention records immediately. If you are a parent or legal guardian who believes an individual under 21 has provided personal data, please contact our administrative support desk to initiate immediate deletion.
