Palmetto Hemp Company is a family-operated, disability-owned business proudly rooted in South Carolina. We were founded with a simple purpose: to provide carefully selected hemp products with honesty, transparency, and genuine care for the people we serve.

Our mission grew from our family’s experience with hereditary illness and our founder’s battle with colorectal cancer. That journey reshaped our priorities and inspired us to build a company centered on compassion, resilience, and community.
